    What do you like best?

Curious what you like best about TMobile? I don't want this to turn into a slam fest against TMobile, just what you like best.

Unlike other carriers in my area, T-Mobile just works.

Believe it or not I'm really liking the reliability as of lately. No dropped calls and no major issues with everything working as planned.

What I like about T-Mobile (or why I'm with them instead of AT&T/Verizon):

    1. Their LTE coverage works for me where I live and travel. (I'm a sub so work at many schools and Sprint/AT&T failed me indoors at some schools; made for a miserable long day). So I guess network reliability.
    2. What you see is what you pay (taxes included/no fees). No carrier added BS fees.
    3. Customer care is great especially on Facebook.
    4. Price. Cheaper than AT&T/VZW.
    5. Constantly improving network; I can personally see improvements throughout the year.
    6. Included Mexico roaming on Telcel.
    7. The fact that Neville Ray (CTO) replies to you with improvement plans if you ever hit a network rough spot.
Carriers I've used: Sprint, T-Mobile, Cricket, AT&T, Verizon, Page Plus, Virgin Mobile, Movistar, AT&T Mexico, Telcel, Straight Talk, RingPlus.

    1) Super fast pings. 2) They seem to have the backhaul dialed up to the max on their sites.

In my area I love the network density.

Coverage is great too at home. Even when I drive out to remote desert spots I still have great LTE coverage.

I can now say with confidence that T-Mobile has AT&T beat in rural LTE coverage (in my area) and that is just with Band 12. We likely won't see Band 71 for at least another year/year 1/2.
“The Internet wasn’t meant to be metered in bits and bytes, so it’s insane that wireless companies are still making you buy it this way. The rate plan is dead — it’s a fossil from a time when wireless was metered by every call or text.” John Legere 1/5/2017

I have excellent coverage everywhere I need it. Others in my office struggle in at least one of our sites including our main office (most have Verizon).
I rarely have any issues of any kind. I use WiFi calling at home and the service is flawless, but I also have multiple AP’s on a controller for seemless coverage both indoors and outdoors.
The price is what I expect to pay for the quality of service I am getting. They were cheaper when they lacked coverage but like any company, their rates are where they should be. If I want cheapest I could try others, but from others experience, they don’t have the quality of T-Mobile.
I rarely have had to contact customer service, but when I have, they have met my expectations and have often gone above.

I love that T-Mobile works in my home which is why I fired AT&T. I love what John Legere did to destroy the arrogance and reduce the cost of the other networks.

I have a prepaid legacy GR line. I like that I can extend my line's expiration date out for a year for only $10.

Customer care, rapid improvement of the US network, $10 off on gas per month, and a good international roaming situation.

$70/month including taxes and fees. Have hit 37GB and still not throttled.
