For overseas roaming, are Rogers and Fido the same in terms of coverage?

Do Rogers and Fido have the same roaming coverage outside Canada?

For me, Fido roaming coverage overseas has never been a issue (aside from cost), but I don't travel that much. Does Fido fall into the same roaming agreements as Rogers? Or would it be different from Rogers?

I just compared the coverage lists for the two carriers. It's exactly the same. So, I suspect the coverage in those countries is exactly the same too.
