SERO Contract About to Be Up - What are the Upgrade Options?

I currently have my daughter on the SERO plan with 500 anytime minutes and unlimited mobile to mobile, for $50 per month including the $10 premium data charge.

The contract is up in February. Are they still offering the subsidized phones with contract renewal? Would I have to change the plan to get the subsidized phone?

I seem to remember from two years ago there was a special Sprint phone number I had to call for all of this, anyone have the number?

    Thanks.

There are no subsidies at all now through Sprint. No monthly installments to own, just to lease. Full price, or lease. Apple supposedly has some plan with Sprint on their side, but I don't know how it works.
