    Krazy Koodo Reps

    Picked up 2 iPhones on Black Friday promos
    Went home and account had tons of errors so call into customer service to fix it
    Like 15 minutes after rep corrects account, account is suspended for "suspicious activity" lol

    I mean c'mon what is suspicious about calling *611

    I am *really* tempted to just let the lines get auto cancelled (after all this was just to get the hardware anyways)

    That's what I'm thinking
    I was debating whether to let it sit for a month or two (since I received $240 in giftcards) or change to a Quebec plan but I am really leaning towards letting the 3rd deactivate account fully and paying for hardware since I will have $0 in plan charges


    I did file a CCTS complaint (since the TXT/email they sent shows deac happened at 9:02PM it is against code to deactivate after 9PM lol) and the online plan did not match the printed contract just to see if I can milk any compensation out of them along the way (could lessen the amount I pay for hardware right)

    Even more absurdity

    Koodo sent me an email approx 30 minutes ago asking for feedback on the "quality of my repair"

    ???

    What repair? Asking them to fix the account they broke?
    (And no still not fixed but lots of action, laughably my friends referral code went through even though lines not active yet)
