    Any idea how much band 41 can be aggregated with the newest devices ? I’m curious to see how much T-Mobile can use for CA

    Sprint 4G LTE Speedtests

    I can hardly wait for 4G in rural MN. What is 5G again? Either one would be better than 3G.

    I am looking forward to new TMo implementation.

    Did you try airplane mode to get LTE?

    Those are very bad numbers even for 3G! Why would you use Sprint (or T-Mobile) in an outlying area like that?

    I have been with Sprint for 20 years.

    The speed is inside my home upper floor. It has all been masked with my WiFi and AirRave which Sprint no longer seemingly supports - at least they never replaced mine. That may be because of calls via WiFi .

    Outdoors I usually have LTE - 2 bars but Minnesota winters discourage that practice. Anyway, I am hanging on as the still have cable/internet/VOIP landline. I am the first drop from the cable company’s line that goes out to multiple cities.

    Not a first world issue but so everyone can realize how well rural areas are served and I am lucky.

    Every other carrier performs head and shoulders above Sprint in the entirety of Minnesota. Look into prepaid options if you’re price sensitive, but the difference in service is eye opening for sure.

    This ^ evidences in part why a Sprint merger with T-Mo was necessary move. We had three nationwide post-paid carriers and now we will have a stronger set of three once Sprint is integrated and hopefully actually building out and filling in the outstate / mostly rural coverage.

    Sprint stopped further support for CDMA almost a year ago, so they may have cut off Airave at that time for the older 3G devices. There are 4g LTE versions of the box. These still use CDMA voice and not sure if they can use VoLTE.

    25= 5MHz
    50= 10MHz
    75= 15MHz
    100= 20MHz

    You’re on 15MHz B41, which in itself is relatively bizarre, but it is Sprint, so I suppose just about anything is possible.
