T-Mobile Has Removed The Taxes & Fees From My Select Chioce Plan

    Hi Everyone,

I've noticed that T-Mobile (for the past two months) has removed the taxes & fees from my "select choice plan". I'm not sure if this has anything to with this change but in March I had to switch to T-Mobile 's LineLink service as they were discontinuing the @home feature.

Anyways, I was wondering if anyone else (with a similar plan, i.e.select choice and/ or simple choice) has had their taxes & fees removed as well? Thanks!

That's pretty awesome as I thought that was one of the Big selling points of ONE versus SC- no taxes and fees.

Maybe this is part of the next UnCarrier perk?

You mean the next Uncarrier perk will be a sort of backfill to remove extra taxes/fees from grandfathered plans?

I could see a segment of the T-Mobile customer base loving that. But it is easy to see why this will have zero appeal to those who don't have T-Mobile, and is hardly worth mentioning as a selling point.

I admit I don't know what an Uncarrier event is, but I kind of thought it was media hype related, and was focused on getting new customers in, not pampering existing ones

Well a little pampering could go a long way!

Would be nice, but doubtful since they just raised their fees on everyone else. Case in point: My taxes & fees went from $38.07 -> $41.65 on SC last month for 6 voice + 3 MI lines in NY.

That would tick off some others. Is that the older plans?
