    How do I contact VM?

    Can't get a live person calling, trying twitter messaging from their link and no response. I also sent an email.

    I added hotspot to start immediately and it did not show up on my phone. It shows in my account.

    How do I talk to them so they will re-send authorization?

    I know that. How does that get me a VM rep to answer a phone call to fix my issue.

    If you're calling, I think the quickest way to get a person is to choose Troubleshooting, then Something Else. The options may have changed since I last called but that's the general path to take through the phone tree.

    They finally answered the twitter and then called me. They had to re send the provisioning to my phone. I still think they should have a way to call them.

    Is this not it? 1 (888) 322-1122.....got it from Google......or can't you get a live person with this #?

    I bought a phone last week ... the 800 number IIRC. I ran down the tree to the end
    and then pressed the 0 key several times. I think you have to do this to buy a phone from your balance.

    Useless if needing to talk to a live person. They no longer have an option for a live person.

    I want my account number now and have no way to get it.

    Update: I got my account number from social media. It was like pulling teeth.
