Are the numbers shown (1200/1200/3GB) monthly numbers?
If so, does it renew automatically every month like RP does?
How good is Tracfone service compared to RP's?
Any texting or data issues with certain phones like RP has?

    Thanks,
    Chuck
    No
    No
Depends on which carrier you choose
I have used many phones and never had texting or data issues

So you only have 1200 minutes, 1200 texts and 3GB of data for an entire year?

    Thanks,
    Chuck

How good is Tracfone service compared to RP's? You choose your carrier on Tracfone.
Any texting or data issues with certain phones like RP has? IDK

    Thanks,

Yes, but you can add more if needed.

Ok, so to compare with RP, which on a per monthly basis, this would be 100 minutes, 100 texts and about 250Mb of data each month. Which is a little less data than the cheapest RP ebay plan, which has 100/100/500Mb each month. This still may save me a little money since it is about $20 cheaper per year than RP and I can limit my data usage.

    Thanks,
    Chuck

Is ring plus given out monthly? This is all at once and lasts a year and you can add more data or text only. It will also carry over if more is added.

You should check out the Tracfone forums.

In my case, RP is short for Red Pocket, not Ring Plus.

No. 1200/1200/3GB is total for the year. But the advantage is that if you have several light months of usage and then a heavy month, all the unused units are available fir the whole year.

In my experience TF is just as reliable as RP.

I'm can't think of any current "texting or data issues with certain phones" on RP or TF. What issues do you have in mind?

Ring Plus was abbreviated R+, but has been out of business for quite some time. Red Pocket is abbreviated RP.

Thanks Boz1 for the info. I thought, at least at one time that RP had MMS issues with iPhones. I don't have an iPhone but I thought that is what I had read.

    You're welcome.

Yes, RP used to. But that was ONLY when using the AT&T network, however, that is no longer an issue, since RP fixed their iOS carrier package/profile (or whatever it's called).
