Scam ID / Block for T-Mobile Prepaid?

Are there any plans to roll that out to the T-Mobile Prepaid customers?

I thought I'd read an article somewhere suggesting it would be, but I can't find it now.

    Got Questions?
    How can I get them?

Our intention is to automatically enable Scam ID for all T-Mobile and MetroPCS customers over time.

Anyone know if theirs a difference between this and an app in the Android store that I use called "Mr.Number?" I've had it for about a year and it seems to get the job done when it comes to spam calls, scam calls, usually its all blocked. It's more of a crowd sourced list of numbers from what I can see. You get a weird number and it's a machine, report it, and the more epoeple report it and eventually it's blocked for everyone because it's now flagged as a spam/scam number. Is this the same concept only integrated into the service? IE: Why let it ring once and let it get blocked by an app when it can be stopped from even going through to you?

Kinda creepy in a way, even if it's to block telemarketers and stuff, T-Mobile screening your calls for you lmao

It's been a year and a half. I think MetroPCS people get this, but not T-Mobile Prepaid. *groan*

I wish T-mobile Prepaid would get it. For now I'm trying out the free Hiya app, which at least gives you an indication of who is calling and if it might be spam.

It appears that they have this for T-Mobile Prepaid, now:

    https://www.t-mobile.com/support/pla...and-scam-block

It's unclear if it's actually _free_ for T-Mobile Prepaid.
I enabled it and don't see evidence of an extra charge.
    Would anyone happen to know?

It's free—the app doesn't work, so you can't get the premium add-ons (no idea why Metro and T-Mobile postpaid get it, but T-Mobile Prepaid doesn't). If you go to your account, Caller ID and Scam Block are under "Services" (an add-on) for $0 each. They also appear as options if you go through the steps to change your plan.
