    system glitch??

    so my bill was suppose to be due today but on the "my metro" app it shows $0.00 so i called 611 and it also said my balance $0.00 (couldnt talk to a live person for some reason) so i try to log into my account from the PC and didnt remember my password so i click on "forget password" it ask to put my number in so they can text me a temp code but i get this message "The Phone number and/or Password you entered is not a match to our records. Please try again."...does anyone else having issues with any of this??..is this a system glitch ??

    ok i found out why i couldnt log into my account by PC, metro pcs said that i didnt set up a account yet BUT i know for a fact that i did already, so i had to set up a new account and now it works, so if u can log into ur account then try to setting up a new one, and for the account showing $0.00 metro said that i was giving a free month of service, not sure why tho?? but i didnt complain about it lol..guessing that the server is all F up, maybe everyone will get a free month?..call in and complain about the account

    It's been two weeks and Metro has been unable to fix my issues with their My Account portal. It's frustrating because I use it to pay my bill.

    Everytime I try to log in it goes to a error 404 page on my iPhone

    I've been getting issues too. When i log in, it tells me to enter the captcha code that they give me. When I enter it, i receive a prompt that my code was incorrect because it was fewer than 10 digits.

    I tried the "forgot my password" function and it just told me that they can't verify my phone number.

    I called in to try and pay my bill over the phone...it took forever to get through and the ******* from India was very unhelpful. Finally got it paid....they tacked a $3 fee on for whatever reason. I can't see why because they never e-mailed me a bill and I CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT.
