    [SOLVED] TMO Website Payments Down?

Has anyone heard when the TMO Payments pages will be operational again??

The site will also not allow me to register new numbers for website account access.

Monday, a website support person stated it will be 36-72 hours.

Yesterday I was able to pay on an existing account using this link.

The App can't be used on a Dumb phone (being used by an older person).
The website is the hot setup for managing the account without possession of the phone.

I have just determined that the Payments problem is only when using the Chrome browser.
Payments are fully operational using Internet Explorer.

As for the new web account profile (ID). The customer service rep that said she ported my desired number, did not actually port my number (amazing). So I was trying to setup a web ID for a non existent TMO number. The number port was successful and tested a few minutes ago. So now in 48 Hours I'm told I can create a web account ID and profile.

Something is seriously wrong at T-Mobile prepaid. I ported a number in from Sprint over 30 hours ago using a prepaid SIM kit (that ported immediately, old line is shut off) but I still have no usable service on the T-Mobile line.

I also can't fund it or do anything else with it. 611 from overseas is about as helpful as you'd expect, just telling me to wait "a few more hours" meanwhile that line is dead and the person who needs it has no phone service.

If it's not on by morning I'm going to try and port it back out to Sprint but I'm not sure how successful that's going to be. They seriously need to fix their issues soon.

Yes. Something is SERIOUSLY WRONG with PREPAID. They seem to have a new interface for tablet/hotspot users. When I tried any of the following

    • Get day/week data passes
    • Add/change month plan
    • Redeem refill card
    • Update Profile

I was prompted to put in (AGAIN!) my email and password. Upon done, I was prompted "Your account type does not allow to perform the requested operation"

This problem happened on both the device and Chrome, IE, Firefox, Opera, Safari.

I called T-Mobile and they had no clue what's going on, like usual.

Yep. Service is still not active on the phone I was referring to. Spent 1.5 hours at a store last night, they can't even call the department that can supposedly fix the problem because their phones are down (lol).

I'm supposed to go back tonight but I don't have much hope.

At this point I just hope I can get the number back somehow and get it away from T-Mo for good!
