Yeah, I got those too from "828-2" for auto-pay bonus and payment info every month.

All the other text messages I got from Chatr (from 450-016, 471-0, 498-9, 498-7, 399-3, (456) 789-12) were all written with proper English spelling, for the most part.

But hey, this is "chatr". They changed their name from "Chatr Wireless" to look cool for the kiddies.
