25GB Cap? DIY Telnus prepaid/Koodo unlimited EVDO internet (for $10 per 2 months, to keep account "Active"), Max 3Mbps download speed, if you roam on Bell (free), then you get non-NATed IP

You can't change Mobile Internet 10 to LTE. You will have to wait for Freedom to release an LTE Mobile Internet Plan then you can switch to that.

There are none. You'll probably have to wait for the next iPad.

The LG G Pad 4 has band 66 support, and is sold by Freedom for $0 on a 4 Gig $15 monthly plan.
