    Update on my experience with Boom. Yesterday was the end of my first 30 days with Boom. I bought my renewal plan back on the 19th. Plan was applied sometime overnight. I have been very happy with Boom's service. Have had no problems whatsoever.

    Do Boom's plans renew on the same day each month or do they renew every 30 days. The Boom web site states that they have monthly plans, but I've seen it mentioned (somewhere) on this forum that Boom has 30 day plans.

    So which is it? Is the web site right or wrong?

    It appears to be Monthly. I ported in on 8-31-16, plan renewed on 10-1-16. Next renewal is 11-1-16

    Signed up for Boom Mobile yesterday. So far the customer service has been beyond anything I expected. Jeff H. was Johnny on the spot to answer my questions. Can't wait to put it to the test

    You can put in a request online, or call them tomorrow ,as one of the reps said they are sometimes working on Saturday but it's not scheduled,
    or official business hours.

    I'd like to request a Boom Mobile app that would work on my iPhone that lets me see remaining cell data available on my plan, change plans, and buy topoff data.

    Just switched to Boom. What is the easiest way to check the data usage and left over? If it is close to the limit how to add in credit?
