Cost/ Benefit just isn;t there- $70 for the first line?

the introduction of the oneplus shows that some user comments are getting into the Pink Pagoda.

It's all smoke and mirrors. They are not consumer friendly. Now they force you to opt in daily to receive HD video on the $95 plan. They also have an undefined limit on tethering at which point they will contact you and review different plan options. All the TOS hidden bull ****ing **** crap is the same as the real carriers do.

This is false information. Their limit on tethering is very defined:

"using their device as a mobile hotspot for the majority of their use"

Here's the definition of majority since this is the second post that I've seen where you claimed their limit is "undefined".

    Majority:

the greater part or number; the number larger than half the total

All the TOS hidden bull ****ing **** crap
No the terms are right here for all to read:

Nothing is hidden as you falsely claim. Furthermore, they don't even say they're going to immediately cut you off if you do happen to have a majority of your data use with a mobile hotspot. They say specifically, "we may contact you to discuss your plan and your options. " To me that sounds like a very nice way to treat their customers. I really can't see what you're objecting to.

wouldn't it be nice to live in a world where an ad, any ad didn;t need disclaimers, TOS, arbitration clauses, sanity clauses etc.
