    Subcarrier Provider List

I wondering if there was a list of which Subcarriers (MVNOs: Mobile Virtual Network Operators) are under each major carrier.

I have been the person my friends come to for Cell Phone advice for years, but today I ran into a question I not only couldn't answer, but 1 I couldn't find an answer for.
My friend is a struggling single mother who is getting a free phone through a government program called "Lifeline". She has service through PagePlus, but she is getting the phone so her 13 year old can have a phone when he's not at home, without her having to pay for a 2nd line that would not get used very often. Now, part of the time he would have it is when he visits his dad, who lives in a place that only has a Verizon tower.
She asked me to help her choose 1 of the services to use, there are more than a dozen of them, & there are some that have smartphones, some that don't, some that have more minutes, etc. I was going through the list, trying to find as much information about each as I could, but I was having the hardest time trying to figure out which Provider towers they run on. Some of them listed phones, which I could then find which carrier had it, 1 had their coverage Map, which listed things about AT&T. But most are very difficult to sort out.

The ones I'm interested in & have researched are:

    Access Wireless (Sprint) iWireless
    Assurance Wireless (Sprint) Virgin
    Blue Jay Wireless
    Budget Mobile
    EnTouch Wireless (Sprint) Boomerang
Life Wireless (AT&T? Coverage Map mentions AT&T)
Q Link Wireless (Sprint? "Data" on WiFi only)
Safelink Wireless (a TracFone company it can work on Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile but has no data)
    StandUp Wireless (Sprint?) Virgin?
Tag Mobile (GSM seem to only offer unlocked dual-sim phones)
    Terracom (Sprint?) Virgin?

But the full list is available here:
    http://www.freegovernmentcellphones.net/free-cell-phone-providers

A full list of Subcarriers would be nice as well, so it's all in 1 place.
    The list from Wikipedia is:
    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_United_States_mobile_virtual_network_opera tors#/search

I'll list some of the major ones (I just did the 1st section of the Wiki) buy I know some may not be current (Defense Mobile I know shut down last month) & if anyone has updated information on any that'd be awesome

If you need Verizon, you can start with eliminating GSM providers. They won't be Verizon.

You might get more info if you change your title to, "Verizon Lifeline Provider in [your state]. I bet that if you mention your state it will be pretty easy to identify which one(s) are Verizon.

Lifeline programs vary by state because the states add their money to the federal subsidy.

Also try a search here on HoFo on lifeline and safelink. There were topics here recently with some good info about such things.

If a program has smartphones, you can count on the phone being a low end device. It may be usable with patience for things other than talk and text, but it won't be a premium smartphone experience.
