EasyGo questions. EasyGo user's experiences sought.

Am interested in the $20 UTnT 100MB 4G LTE plan.

On H2O, EasyGo's parent site there's an autopay 10% discount. Does anyone know for a fact that this applies to EasyGo? I see no mention of the 10% off on EasyGo's website. And EasyGo's prices are all inclusive, right?

I know there's data rollover on the $10 1GB data add-on. Does this apply also to the unused portion of the 100MB monthly allotment?

Read EG customer service is weak. Is it better than TF companies at least?

I am now on AirVoice but the data rollover of EG is enticing.

Thanks for the information about the 10% off autopay.

Not positive but I now think the data rollover is on the $10 1GB data add-on only. And that it does not apply to the unused portion of the 100MB monthly allotment.

Can anyone confirm or disaffirm the above data rollover information?

Oh & this: Read EG customer service is weak. Is it better than TF companies at least?

Easygo, H20 and Envie all have the same customer service, mediocre to bad. It is like Tracfone without executive resolutions. Lol. Really wish Air Voice would step it up a bit, if they matched data add-on even with just non LTE 4g it'd be a safer option then anything Locus support wise...

Two years ago when I contacted H2O a few times, H2O customer service reps were very unintelligent, uninformed, not very knowledgeable and only read from scripts. I didn't contact them because of that until last month when I had questions on EasyGO and the rep seemed to be better.

    About taxes, can anyone confirm?
I can't find anywhere info about it by my wife enrolled in auto payment and does not pay them (it's straight 35 - 10% = 31.50). We live in CA.
