No Cellular Data Quick Setting icon on Pull-Down, Android 5.1.1. Workarounds?

I'm just setting up a nearly-new Galaxy S5, after moving from my Note I.

But I'm missing the Quick Setting button for Cellular Data(on/off) icon in the pull-down icons.
Can this be added? Its not listed in the Available buttons.

I installed 'Data On-Off' from the Play Store, but a dialog pops up stating it won't operate on Android 5.0 and newer.

I'm on a limited data plan, can't charge my battery for long periods of time, and usually keep my data off.

Is there a way to add a pull-down icon for cellular data, to avoid digging into the Settings each time?
(I had a bad dream last night that iOS and Adroid devs are comparing notes about app privileges)

    Any advice appreciated.

I solved this issue using a dandy little app named Mobile Networks.

The icon doesn't switch the mobile data on & off, but it opens the Mobile Networks page under Settings, where the data off/on check box can be quickly changed.

The app can be found here:
