    What is the best way to cancel? Post a cancellation request on freshdesk? Or is there a number to call?

    That or email them. If you need to port out they will give you that info.

    I used freshdesk. And watch your credit card to be sure your autopay gets removed.

    Up until this month they've been doing what you and others have said in the past. It looks like they are late on this months bill, though...

    This is not abnormal PLUS I really doubt T-Mobile will cancel any lines as a result (They need the numbers). If you are that nervous or uncomfortable, find another MVNO.

    I requested port out details from them a week ago via freshdesk support ticket and also replied to one of their previous support ticket emails without any response.

    A friend still uses them. They didn't charge him for his 2 lineson March 1st. They haven't responded to 2 separate emails. I'm guessing it's free until they shut off the lines.

    I changed my billing info, then after, ported out in Feb 2020. Still got charged in March, April, now May (on my previous billing info). No response from them. Made 3 attempts. Disputing through my bank now if possible.
