Binge-on quick codes are now enabled. Turn on/off with ease.

Not to long ago with all this binge-on fiasco. I twitted (and probably others too) to the CEO JL; to make bingeon quick codes.

    Now we have:
    Binge-ON (bON) #266#
    Binge-OFF (bOF) #263#

If you are in unlimited try it out. If you have limited data, remember that if you turn it off, you will lose the free 3-month unlimited data gift until march 1st - so i dont recomend it if you have the gift.

Proof that JL does listen to customers.

Wow you know I hadn't seen anyone say this but the 3-month gift was genius... makes people leave Binge On while they work out the kinks and by the time the 3-month gifts ends the controversy will be over.

Unfortunately, some tablets sold by T-Mobile you simply can't do it (mine is Sony Xperia Z Ultra).

If it turns it off on associated tablets on the account, it's a proper solution.

    If not... It's half-*****.

I removed the sim off my ipad, slapped it in a flip phone. Signal... Code... Swap it back to ipad.. Done.. 3 minutes tops. But its possible.

I am on the grandfathered plan, it looks like the switch is for the entire plan? Turning off one account will turn off for all accounts? Are you seeing the same?

From T-Mobile News comments I found that #783# now turns it on, and #443# turns it off on my line on an iPhone 6s Plus.

I confirmed. There's a third code to check the status as well. This is great, because even the haters might on occasion see a benefit, for example when tethering and watching Netflix or HBOGO, to save tethering data.

It's individual line for me. In the profile page there's a drop down menu that lets you choose the line.
