    How do I check my Fido Dollar balance now?

    Fido upgraded to new account management system few days ago. Now, I can't see the balance of my Fido Dollar.

    Is there a way around this?

    hey hohohong,
    Once logged in under My Account, you need to select the tab: Billing and Payments. From there, your FidoDOLLARS will show up towards the middle of the page, in a circle. Hope this helps

    The new My Account website is TERRIBLE
    It is so stupidly designed to just waste bandwidth and have broken scripts

    Even simple things, in old days I log in and info is there
    Now I need to click on like 3 subpages (including one upfront flogging Fido Internet which is not available where I live so why even offer a choice between cell or internet in the first place)

    Lots of sections are still broken (eg billing which is kinda important) as they work out the "bugs"

    But hey it's "cool" now right
    It is sad I need to state the obvious but some people just don't get it. Any posts I make are my own OPINIONS and in no way represent the views of my employer

    Why would they need to make Fido Dollars accessible when they're killing it like Robbers Dollars?

    The new site doesn't seem to work with Firefox or Safari browsers. I tried to access the login page in both and it doesn't seem to load.

    It does work in Chrome.

    The app doesn't on iPhone doesn't seem to work properly as others have already noted. Good luck trying to access your bill using the app.

    Hard to tell... are the broken scripts and errors from website itself or browser?
    Put Edge & Opera into the list of browsers it does not support

    Can't even login on the phone browsers, any of them, whether mobile or desktop versions.
    Android app is completely broken as well, and they keep asking 'are you on the latest version' and 'did you try reinstalling' for every complaint.

    First thing I called to get paper billing back in place on my accounts, then had to wait whole day to get home so I can find an info I needed from pc chrome.
    I swear they got some major idiots working there, to release such buggy refresh into the wild, without testing and at he same time, crippling multiple, pretty much all but few ways to check your accounts.

    I like the way I am greeted with the title "EMPTY FIRSTNAME LASTNAME" Get the same thing of the phone app. At least they are consistent. FIRSTNAME AND LASTNAME are actually my name but the salutation of "EMPTY" is priceless.
