the emergency order requires Sprint to maintain its WiMax network **in certain areas** for 90 days to allow the organizations more time to move users to Sprint’s LTE network.

So far it is fine to me because I don't use a lot of data on the road.

Now the Sprint WiMax(4G) will be gone in the next few days. I am looking for the LTE hotspot device
and service for the similar price range, say $5/month or less. Is there something like this ?
Which LTE hotspot device/service is good to replace the Freedompop 4G/3G hotspot device/service ?

I know someone used R+ free plan with the Moto E or LG Volt phone to get hotspot working. It probably is not
officially supported, may not work in the future.
Karma has some new options, their new MiFi is Tri-Band 'Spark' LTE (800,1900,2500MHz). The pay as you go data purchased never expires, can earn a free 100MB for each individual that connects to your MiFi. I've read they do random offers of double data reloads which seems like a real deal.

    $14 - 1GB (2GB promo)

    $59 - 5GB (10GB promo)

    $99 - 10GB (20GB promo)

    $50 - Monthly UNLIMITED - (throttled to 5Mbps)

Went back and found a better source and read a different -- more comprehensive -- version of the initial filings which makes more clear that the complainants had indeed sought an injunction, and -- in addition and not widely reported -- the in fact at the 11th hour they requested an emergency hearing on an "emergency injunction" that I hadn't even heard about/seen before. Good for them!

Trying to get the pdfs of the most filings, and the order, which these days are generally available, depending on the court system,,,
