So I met this friend, and she gave me this number. I called her but I get that message with a port(?) reference. I tried 7,10,11 digit. Thought she blocked me or gave me wrong number, but when I call the carrier prefix with random last four digits, sometimes I get that error. I also called her from different phones at different times. I do not have caller id and she may have anonymous call rejection.
