My wife is in Australia for the next year, and I have been working on porting her Verizon Wireless number to Google Voice, and now that is done, redo my phone plan.

Trying to get through the voice mail hell at Verizon Wireless is almost impossible. I have been paying better than $200 per month to Verizon for quite a few years, and for that kind of money, I expect better service.

If their customer service sucks, then why am I paying this kind of money? Why not just go prepaid, and save buckets of money?
