OTA Update Gone After Factory Reset

So I have a US Cellular XT901 (Electrify M) without service. I kept getting OTA Update notifications but when I would install it would fail. Once it comes up you have to say no every hour & if you don't say no it will download it anyways.
After more than a month of this, & having more problems with each fail, I did a factory reset so it would do the update. The factory reset left it not working but I found the JB update & installed it via Fastboot.
It's now been 6 days & it just says "You are up to date" when I check (Which it did when I was trying to force an update so it wouldn't start while I'm on my hotspot out of town for a weekend) but I can't figure out how to get the 4.4.2 update.

Please help my whits ended 2 days ago.

according to my research, there is no OTA update for that device past JB unless you root it and install a 4.4.2 custom ROM

There was 1 released for KitKat 4.4.2 about a month ago. Motorola's site doesn't list it, I noticed that too, but US Cellular's does. I've been getting a forced update notification for a long time, sometimes I would get a whole day without 1, but it was a constant, but it failed every time.

    Here's 1 from US Cellular's own site:

So, update for any future searchers, I got it updated. I discovered that the Page where I found the Factory Firmware had a link to the Firmware that was verified as stock for the Original ICS stock with the OTA patches. Later someone included what was billed as The OTA JB update, but which was, in reality a version that was stock for Verizon not US Cellular, though I was not aware the XT901 was ever released on any other carrier. That site is still good because it gives you the procedure to install it, you have to remove a variable for it to work, but just has the wrong Firmware File.
    That site is: http://teamuscellular.com/Forum/topi...re-unlockable/

I found another site, addressing this issue that had the proper Firmware file on page 5 of the discussion
    http://teamuscellular.com/Forum/topi...tkat-44/page-5
The file is located at: https://www.dropbox.com/s/lb9m9pqgak...b.xml.zip?dl=0

Once the flash completes & you finish initializing the phone it immediately finds the OTA Update.

    Thanks for the help.
