Tracfone/Net10 LG L22C Tutorial now available

The online tutorial for the LG L22C is now live on the Tracfone and Net10 Tutorials pages. Don't know when it will be for sale, or how much it will cost or what its name will be but here is the link. It has a front-facing camera, flash, Android 5.0 and it also has an FM radio according to the online tutorial. FM radio is unusual for LG.

The tutorial has a link to the manual at the bottom of the column on the left. Please do not post a separate link for it. It isn't necessary.

I am wondering if this 22C is the LG Spirit depicted in this article from Mobile World Congress 2015? I must say this phone looks like it could be a winner for America Movil.

It has been referred to as the LG Power or LG Leon. Time will tell.

    It can record HD movies

I was looking around and I found a tutorial for taking movies. One of the options was HD. Not many TracFones can recored HD. HD is a really nice thing to have because the quality is so much better the 480p video. If you have a older TracFone, this is your new upgrade. This phone will most likely be the best TracFone ever made. In my opinion, it's the LG Access LTE with a few tweaks. But it does come with the new Optimus UI. That's a big plus. NFC is also a good thing to have.

I would like this, however it's Android 5.0... they can pry (rooted) 4.4 from my cold, dead hands. 5.0 isn't ready for primetime from all I've read. 5.1 also has a newly discovered security issue where you can access apps in recents from the lockscreen.

I'm glad I sold off my Ultimate 2 when I did! (I only had it for a month, and then decided to go Motorola BYOP! )

This is a specs page on the LG Leon, which annepani says is the L22C? http://www.gsmarena.com/lg_leon-7053.php Very interesting, and it looks like it's LTE.

In the Tracfone arena the LG L22C is more often referred to as the LG Power. We'll see.

I may be wrong, but I believe the models that end with an L, rather than C, are the LTE models.

Why does TF charge more for their devices? The ST version is $79.99 full retail?

The ST L41C is 129.99 so you would have thought TF would have followed suit on pricing?

This seems a decent deal to me if, bit pricey for a carrier-branded locked device IMO

Why would there be any relationship between pricing by the various Slim MVNOs?

Same exact phone, same company no real reason for a price difference.
Makes no sense that ST sells the L41C for $129 (which I believe was the original TF price as well) and the L22C for $79 full retail and TF wants the same $$ for both, at least that would appear to be their pricing based on how SCD prices their devices. So the difference full retail is $50. The L22C is not listed on the TF site, at least under my zip, so who knows what they actually want for it. They will probably actually try to gouge TF users for 159.99.
