I have been working with TMobile to get their Family Allowance Plan to work for our family. Here's the background: I have blocked the use of my kids' phones for texting, phone calls and data from 9:00 pm - 6:00 am, Monday-Friday except for my husband's cell, my cell, and our home phone. Here's the glitch: My kids still receive texts throughout this blocked period EXCEPT from their siblings. But, they still have full access to all their friends. So, the family plan seems to work only for those WITHIN our home. I've talked with T Mobile and they say it's our wireless router which enables this situation with it's VOIP option. However, even if I disconnect the router, this situation persists. What else should I do? I am thoroughly frustrated and ready to try my luck with another carrier. Please help!!!!
