What is the best way to acquire a free Chatr sim card without paying $20?

I will be migrating over to Chatr soon so I want to ask what is the best way to acquire a free Chatr sim card without paying $20? What's the best reason or excuse to go to a cellphone clerk to get them to give me one for free?

Just last week Bestbuy was giving them away
Watch local papers

(Value Wireless always gives away if you do prepayment option as well)

I did not pay for the SIM a few days ago porting in. I am with the $25 plan plus auto payment as well. That nice fellow at Bestbuy/Fairview Mall did not ask. And I did not pay.
