Do T-mobile Lumia 521 and 530 support UMTS (HSDPA): 850/1900 MHz?

Do T-mobile Nokia Lumia 521 and 530 fully support UMTS (HSDPA): 850/1900 MHz? So they support all frequency bands for both T-mobile and AT&T?

It seems so from their specifications, but I wanted to confirm.

Almost all 3G UMTS phones in the USA are going to support 850 and 1900. You are correct that ATT uses these for their 3g and you should be good to go. Tmobile only uses 1900 for 3g in SOME markets and it isn't as expansive as their full 3g. Tmobile uses a less used band called AWS, on the 1700/2100 mhz spectrum.

The Nokia 530 might only be an 850/1900 affair. The link you show for the other Lumia is the 520, not the 521. The 521 will support the third 'odd' band of AWS Tmobile uses.
