    ^Are you referring to OP as "office of the President "? We all know OP in this forum has a completely different meaning. if it is the office of Guy Lawrence calling you back on Thursday please keep us posted as to what they offered.

    Well, if anyone is keeping up with this, it happened again this morning. But... apparently I lucked out and got a competent tier 1 agent (yes, they do exist) and he fixed it in 15 mins. Compare that to 4 days on tier 2.
