Lightbulb Either use default format or any Google App

To block any message, you can move that message in spam which will automatically block the future message from that number. but if the user is getting messages from new numbers all the time, it will not be a right option.
For that I will suggest you to use any of the good ranked Google App. For eg, I used Avast Antivirus for my smartphone that have the option to block messages from unknown numbers. It automatically blocks all the messages which are not from my contact list. And after few time, those messages were automatically deleted. Or there are other similar apps in PlayStore which is able to perform the same function.
