    Welcome to AT&Tís internet ghetto.

Itís a good thing youíre still dressed up for work, because youíre renewing your vows today. You walk down the aisle to the register, hand over your savings, and the cashier drops a box in a bright orange bag. Your marriage has been extended until 2021.The honeymoon will be over in a month.
Everything is a portal these days. Facebook is a portal. Amazon is a portal. Yahoo is a portal. You even get a discount from Comcast if you use Facebook Start: a suite of Facebook apps that track everything you do online. Mark Zuckerberg has his own porn and itís called your personal data. Comcast is happy to be your pimp as long as it takes a cut of the profits.

Everything in Comcast Country is fast. Yahoo is fast. Facebook is fast. You donít know how much Rupert Murdoch paid for his fast lane, but it must be a lot: nothing loads as quickly as Fox News.
You pass out, dreaming that youíre just like Neo, stuck in a bath of goopy pink slime, trying desperately to escape your nightmare. You reach for the cable stuck in the back of your head, ready once and for all to cast off the chains. As you grip the metal plug, your New Phone rings. Itís a Comcast autodialer, reminding you in a robotic voice that itíll cost $350 to end your contract early. As you wait on hold to speak with a representative, you realize you forgot to buy a plan with ample AT&T Anytime Minutes. But at least youíll have a reason to go to the store tomorrow.

Boop boop beep boop -Ė snap.

So, the article is suppose be like a glimpse into the future if "Net Neutrality" dies and everyone has to pay to access different portals or else everything is going to be slowed, throttled or non-accessible.

Basically, an "internet ghetto" would be a place where you would be stuck in where you don't have control of what you are able to access because of the limits your ISP/mobile provider puts on you.

There was another article in February that's related to this one about Comcast and AT&T trying to close and control the internet.

    The internet is F*cked
(You'll need to manually fix the link because of the swear filter to get to the right page)

There is already an internet getto, ever wonder why pages load slower than they used to? It's called social getto (just made that up). G+, Facebook etc have slowed down hofo for several years now. And I can tell you my D/L speed has gone up! Tweet that!

As far as phone sex goes, the carriers have a little surprise coming, after they spend millions lobbying, these apps may not continue being in demand.
