    Billing of my HUP not showing on my bill?

    I did a hardware upgrade at bestbuy on December 24, 2013 and I'm waiting for the bill to come? Last week received my billing and I didnt saw any hardware fee only plan change even bell send me a new contract that state a new change of plan only. Do you bestbuy screwup my HUP?

    Doesn't bell charge for upgrades in store? Or have they changed that now?

    They told me it will show on my bill. Until now no fee is showing and in my account still show my previous contract and upgrade few. I already visit bell and they said thats the the only thing shows on my account.

    ONLY Rogers (& flankers) charge hardware cost on your bill
    Bell charges hardware in store

    Upgrade fee is charge on bill
    It is sad I need to state the obvious but some people just don't get it. Any posts I make are my own OPINIONS and in no way represent the views of my employer

    Pretty sure I told him a month ago something was fishy with the upgrade when his line was still showing eligible.

    Oh its a scam thing?
    Its VERY easy to make anyone eligible at any time for a free upgrade
    If someone did it for you they might have taken something off the top in exchange for the trouble

    But original post still stands; Bell (the company) does not charge hardware to your bill

    I wonder if the dude at BestBuy was new and just screwed it all up and now is on the hook for the hardware? "School of Hard Knocks"...

    And if you're going after another upgrade, don't go back to the same store. Never go back to that store again... ever....

    Naw not even close
    When I helped out loyalty by mailing upgrades I swear close to 50% of them never got processed properly
    Way too much incentive for cheating system

    Most did renew terms, but because warehouse needs to source IMEI first the people in office never go back to update (actually process the upgrade in FastACT or CSM)
