This what the throttled speed will be like if you go over your 2GB or 7GB data plan (I'm in the Daytona Beach, FL area):

Yep. I'm on the $40 plan with my 5s. I have no issues streaming audio in my car, which I do every single day. Also no issues with using maps while driving as well.

You might like to try also the FCC Speedtest app. It's the only one I've found that shows packet loss.

Using GoPhone in the Portland, Maine area.
This is a test from my house which doesn't usually give the best results.
As you can see, it is most usable

Well I'm at work right now and these speeds obviously kill my T-Mobile EDGE speed that I got here before.

Well I took some more at work today. This is a tough spot for carriers in this building. I'm pretty satisfied. I took these in various parts inside.

Im thinking of ditching postpaid for Aio at the end of the year. My only concern has been ping. Im a multimedia guy (i use to have a 10 GB share plan and i used 8 of that).

Glad to hear it doesnt hurt people and that the speeds are consistant. I know 250k is still usuable for my minimum needs (like music). I have a Sprint tablet and no LTE yet so its pretty slow.

Last one... At home again. I'm pretty happy with these speeds and the Ping is acceptable.

Nice!!! I almost went with Go Phone for the full LTE speed experience. However the slightly cheaper rate with taxes and fees included was nice to me. What really set me to AIO though was the $70 for 7 GB of data plan if ever needed. I also prefer data throttling if I go over an amount instead of being shut off that was likely my biggest reason for AIO in the end.

Obviously the one negative thing about AIO is higher ping times and a capped max speed of 8 Mbps down and 4 Mbps up. However that's fine speeds and plenty enough for well anybody really. The ping is acceptable as well. If you really have to have full LTE speeds though for some reason then yes Go Phone is your best bet.
