Now when i was in colombia and argentina it was A WHOLE different story it was just as slow and frustrating as trying to send a pic message on EDGE here.Txt messages send fast but not pic messages ..I think in mexico it was fast cuz they allow full speed on 3G and Lte cuz in the other places were they dont it was pretty bad . My mom went to El salvador i didnt go but she said it was also pretty slow .
~Thanks Omar for your thoughtful (and funny) reply!

Yeah i dont see why they didn't include Dominican Republic with the unlimited international high speed promo. 🤔, Metropcs offers international roaming with their $10 world calling feature, Dominican Republic is included has anyone tried using it overseas at the Dominican Republic or any other country with Metropcs? Am curious to know?

It's pretty much Movistar all over Latin America. Claro can be hit or miss. I know most of the LTE roaming happens on Movistar. If there is chance I connect to Claro it's only 3G rarely LTE.

Culiacán, Sinaloa, México. Connected to Telcel on HSPA +. There is LTE, but for some reason that makes my phone switch to Movistar, and it sucks...

Nice speeds! I'm also in the area but with Cricket / AT&T Mexico - how slow is Movistar? Do T-Mobile customers get access to AT&T Mexico? I also had a pretty poor data experience with Movistar when I had Sprint last year.
Carriers I've used: Sprint, T-Mobile, Cricket, AT&T, Verizon, Page Plus, Virgin Mobile, Movistar, AT&T Mexico, Telcel, Straight Talk, RingPlus.
Phones I've used: iPhone 6S, iPhone 5c, HTC One M9, Samsung Galaxy S3, LG G2, BlackBerry Storm, Nokia 820, Motorola Atrix HD, iPhone 4S, HTC One V, iPhone 4, Nokia Lumia 900, Nokia N9, Samsung Focus, Samsung Captivate, Nokia N900, HTC 8525, iPhone 3GS, iPhone, Nokia E61i, Siemens A56...

The actual speeds are OK... The problem is the pings are super high... Like above 500ms... Makes it very difficult to stream on YouTube. TM customers only get access to Telcel and Movistar.
