I never got a postcard, and held off calling, since they were saying the Select Choice plans would only be for 12 months if you called to migrate instead of waiting. Now, when I go to the change plans link on my-tmobile.com, I get a popup saying I cannot change plans online and to call the help number. I called loyalty today and the guy said that Select Choice plans were no longer in the system and impossible to get since the end of Feb. He added that if I had called them before then it would have been no problem to change. He also said that all the loyalty discounts had been eliminated. Basically, tough luck sucker. I am wondering if that is true, since vanquish15 was able to get Select Choice in April of this year.
I tried it too and received the same reply. Actually I had select choice TT 50 in January/Feb when started work at USPS and got it due to fact that my phone didn't work at the plant where I worked. So the rep offered me that plan for 2 lines with AAL for $5 for next 3 lines. I cancelled phone lines and kept gear S line. Now they won't give it back to me and say the same thing what they told you. Trying to get that plan back, got 1 voice line so maybe threaten to leave after a few months or so.

    Grandfathered plans being eliminated???

After reading posts here about facebook message, I tried and finally got T-Mobile rep to put me on Select Choice 20 plan, offers everything that simple choice plan offers including unlimited text and data in 120+ countries, data is just 30MB after that throttled. Costs just $20/month. Awesome. I will suggest people to try facebook, T-Force replies there. Well for me even Twitter worked in past.

    plan migration options

Hi all. My current plan is

    49.99 700 min
    9.99 unlimited texts family

    line 1: $5 PAU
    line 2: $5 PAU
    line 3: $5 PAU + 4.99 AAL
    line 4: $5 PAU + 4.99 AAL

total is about 90 + tax for basically unlimited talk/text/data across 4 lines

I would love to get the new features such as unlimited data in 120 countries, and .20 talk when international.

Are there any comparably priced plans that I can be migrated to which would include the new features while maintaining unlimited 4g lte data domestically as well?

    thanks!!

I want to try using facebook to contact T-Mobile as twitter didn't help in my case. Do I just message T-Mobile the company on facebook (i cannot find T-Mobile support on facebook)?

Correct, just go to the main page and send them a message. They don't reply back right away, but it's usually within a couple of hours at the most.

I tried to add a line to my family member's FT500 family plan $40 + $10 for PAU (currently 2 lines). T-Mobile sales told me it would cost $20 to add a line. Is this correct? I remember adding a line only cost $10 a line before on this plan.

Should I try calling again later? Maybe the agent was looking at add a line prices for $40 family plans when they should have looked at the $50 family plans since the $10 BTV discount is causing it to look like a $40 family plan. Also if you add a line, can you remove it later if you don't want it?

    Thanks

Perhaps you should contact the loyalty/retentions department and speak to a rep there about adding a line.

well I originally called loyalty to add a line and they told me only telesales could do that. That's why I got transferred to them.

I thought in the past, you could add a line through the retentions department. I guess they're changing things around.

Do you think that the new "JUMP! On Demand" will be available for those of us on a grandfathered plan?
