Problem with App Store updates on iPad

Anyone having problems with updates on the iPad? My iPad shows 9 updates available but when I try to view them, I just get a white screen. I seem to be able to see the other tabs on the App Store. I've tried shutting down iPad and restarting to no effect.

Maybe it needed more time to load all 9 updates. iPhone 4 isn't fast when it comes to loading stuff.

Did you try logging out of your iTunes account, then logging back in again?

    1 - iPad 3rd gen, not iPhone

2 - it isn't loading anything. I see the number badge on the icon (which is now up to 10) but when I go to the App Store and select the Upgrades tab, it's just white. Nothing listed, no upgrade all button to click, nada.

Thanks. I've tried that. Also tried logging out and rebooting before I logged back in.

May have to give up and contact Apple. I may try hooking it up to computer for upgrades and see if that fixes it.

Found a message string on iPad forums that discusses this issue. Apparently, a lot of people are experiencing with numbers increasing. Most are pointing to a problem on Apple's end.

Neither. It's the 3rd generation, known as the New iPad when it was released.

The problem does not seem to be limited to a specific iPad but is happening across various models . It appears to be an Apple problem. Also reported with some iPhones.

Trouble shooting measures so far include one (or both) of the following:

In iTunes on your computer, update all the apps, then sync your device to the computer. (Since I haven't sync'd to the computer in a while, I had 150 apps that needed to be updated so it took a while.)

Under purchased apps on the phone, go through the list and update each app individually. I still had to do this after doing the iTunes computer update/sync since there were still two updates showing.

At the moment, my iPad does not need any updates. But I'm sure that will change in the next day or so. Hoping Apple fixes this so I can go back to one click to update everything.

Appears to finally be resolved. Working normally again.
