I've sent up to 3 phones in one order without problems. But Joshtt said he sent two phones and WCT said they received only one. So it might be better to send them separately; but if a phone goes missing for some reason, WCT could say that the box arrived empty too. Anyhow, keep the receipts from UPS, FedEx, USPS showing the actual weight of the packages.

Someone sent two iphones together in the same box and the buyer said that one of the phone's gyroscope wasn't working and they were suspected that it could've been affected by being in the same box as the other one.

Another report said the seller shipped two phones, but the buyer claimed they only received one.

I just ship each phone separately to try to reduce the issues.

yah jet100 I was the gyroscope one and sort of felt 2 phones didn't fit well into a single wct box to well that they send you.. to cramped for that
maybe if you had a bigger box. I had a post clerk who was sort of playing basketball with my phones lol so I asked it to stamp it
fragile and all that stopped so that may have been involved with the damage also..

someone else had the missing order, I just found it easier to deal with one order at a time personally.

so I do one at a time and I always get a return receipt as hpham said....

I haven't been keeping up with this thread and kept trying on diff browsers, phones, PCs... I just read your post and went into WCT orders and see 6 separate orders lol... (I do actually have 6 to sell but I'm not sure I will ship them)... I thought it was just me and they blocked me bc I've created many orders in the past but always was able to sell locally and ended up cancelling.... Anyways.. 2 of my orders with printed mailing labels in the past said the words "test" with a payout of 0 when I went into the details... Glad I didn't ship against them. I'm not real keen on this company but 257 is better then I can do locally...although I have no way to access shipping labels this way..

This is the message I got from WCT about an order from last week. The message came from: Wei Mobile <[email protected]>

After trying to place an order for the last 9 days which ended up with an error message at the end, I tried again today. Got the same error message so i thought it hadn't gone through. But very soon after, I received an email same as yours with an order #. Logged into my account and found the order with the correct device and quote. The process makes me feel uneasy, though. 1. You would think WCT would have fixed their website issue by now and 2. why contact the customer through a different email from their previous wct email? Did you (or anyone) send in your device for the trade after getting this email?

I shipped my unlocked refurb XR to WCT today, but I placed my order on 5/15 before they have problems with their email system. I don't have concerns about them using a different email address.

I sent one last week during this latest mess after talking to them on the phone and getting the UPS label via the alternate email addr. It is to be delivered tomorrrow ( Wed ). Should know about payment by the end of the week. Fingers crossed.
