Best Buy thieves wanted to only give $110 for an iphone 11 on a Google pixel 6A that coupled with me having to drive 80 plus miles to my nearest store! How about a fuel adjustment phone discount?

I've only traded in one device to Google (which uses a 3rd party named Hyla) and it was terrible. Hopefully my trade in this time for my Pixel 6a goes okay. I sent in a mint condition Note 9 last time and Hyla said I didn't send in the correct model so my trade in credit went from like $600 down to $150. I called and had to press them to make it right, so it worked out in the end but definitely not ideal.
Castrol EDGE 0W-20 is my drug of choice.
Primary: iPhone 13 Pro (T-Mobile & AT&T); Galaxy S21+ (Verizon)
Mobile Broadband: Franklin T10 LTE hotspot (5GB for $8.50) / iPad mini 6 5G (unlimited 5G data)

For my two Fi S22 phones, I traded in a refurb A51 ($70) and a new iPhone11 ($305), both went smoothly. The weird thing is that the packages were shipped with the prepaid USPS label with tracking numbers, but USPS never showed them as delivered. The last location is the local post office. The receiving business must have sent someone over to pick them up.

I've traded in four phones to either Fi or Google directly (Both go to Hyla, same place) and all four went as planned, except they usually take a LONG time to process. All four were delivered by USPS and it took up to two weeks for Hyla to evaluate and send me a thumbs up that it met value. One of those four times took long enough that I had to ask Fi to look into it, and a couple of days later I received the positive evaluation (may have just been coincidence).
All of mine have been delivered to their loading dock. I have my first one awaiting on their loading dock from last Monday, but given the holiday I don't expect it to be evaluated soon. It is frustrating because then the evaluation comes back after the return period for the phone you got, so your options are very limited other than to pester.
Tracfone e-mail states Black Friday sale ends at midnight Eastern time today.
For Google trade-ins sent to Hyla, there is no need to worry once the device reaches the local post office. From the little research I did, the devices are delivered in bulk at the receiving dock and so they are not individually scanned (Rarely would you see delivery confirmation by USPS for such bulk deliveries). Just wait for about about a week or two once the device reaches the loading dock for it to be inspected by Hyla and for the credit to hit your CC.
I've already received credit for 3 of my trade-ins sent in last month and yet USPS is still showing status as "Moving Through Network".I have 2 more trade-ins to send next week. I won't even bother following up on them until the third week of December.
Reconditioned A51 is now available for $70

Glad I'm the outlier for a bad experience with Hyla. I read a lot of people had issues but of course, those with issues are the ones posting about it. Hopefully my Pixel 6a trade in goes well since I also ordered a Pixel 7 with another trade in. I have an AT&T BYOP SIM in my 6a right now, it's a nice phone.
When checking out how do you get the site to take the $300 off code?
It`s entered in the promo code box... right?
Never mind... I figured it out on my own. Don`t cut and paste the code, type it in yourself.
