I never shop there, but Riteaid is advertising 25% off all Net10 & Tracfone handsets. Good until 10/26. Might be worth stopping in and seeing if they have one of the new smart phones.

Thanks for the links. I glanced at the specs and I'm not impressed. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Gingerbread and a a slow processor, bleh.

Same 800MHz a the Centura.
Gingerbread still holds ~30% market share based on Play Store stats.

Some may prefer the smaller form factor.
I know I'm not fond of the 4" and larger screens.
What's the actual phone size though?
After a year with the S390G, I still don't care for it's size, and its only 4 1/2Z" x 2 1/2".
The ZTE is a bit longer than the S390G while the Centura is the same size.
The L38C is listed at 1/2" shorter.
All the 4" and larger screens are significantly bigger phones.
A 4.7" screen typically gets packaged in a case 5 1/2" long and 2 3/4 - 3" wide
What size phone are you looking for? My hydro can sometimes be more comfortable to hold but it's harder on my eyes. I think once more ergonomic designs are incorporated into the cases maybe the larger phones will feel more comfortable in the hand, but most people don't have a problem with them. Part of the reason I can't use my hydro one handed is the screen is much less responsive.

Why I said "By the way *All* ", dude. It's all our responsibility to try to keep a thread on track and more so when you're the one who initiated it. That said, you seem to be the front runner in off topic posts, so please start a thread on your fantabulous 4.7" whatever.
If the LG was the only android offered it would be light years ahead of any of the previous Tracfone offerings and that is simply all I was trying to convey, dude.

"You seem to be the front runner in off topic posts"
In what other threads has this ever been true?
As for the lg tracfone there was another one offered last month or something. Is it the same as the one we're most recently discussing?
I'm sorry but as fond as I am of my hydro I'd never recommend it, or any *comparable phone*, to anyone who actually wanted to use it to access the internet.
