Radio Shack also has the S380c's for both Tracfone and Net10 for $25. Shopcelldeals stopped offering them so this is now the cheapest I can find. I bought one for Net10 and activated it yesterday. Took about 12 days for ship-to-store, other than that it was an excellent shopping experience. I have had one of these for Tracfone and Net10. Both versions did NOT have the notification problem.

My local Target has the Net10 BYOP SIM kit marked as clearance. It was $10.48. Packaging mentioned AT&T and T-Mo and 4G. I've never used this but might go back and get one just to keep in reserve. Or is this an old kit and will not get LTE?
