Not that I've heard of, the Alltel phones being pushed on the SIU broadcasts, which is the biggest sponsorship they have left, are the Alcatel One Touch and the GS2. The latest press release is what I see for the Desire C.

There's a good chance AT&T is going to take over the sponsorship for the Salukis. It depends on how long Alltel has left on that contract.

By all indications, AT&T's going to be taking over a skeleton down here, and they have to go through a lot of trouble with the FCC for that.

Not sure if you are aware, but Alltel did finally come out with IPhones last week. However, I believe it was too little too late as AT&T will be taking over Alltel possibly by the end of the year and all of those phones will have to be upgraded somehow to be able to get onto AT&T's GSM network. I called an Alltel rep yesterday to inquire about upgrading to an IPhone however their reps are as much in the dark as we are when it comes to when the new changes will happen.

We've been chatting about all this on the other live Alltel thread. I'm trying to find out today which model the iPhone on Alltel is. If it is the A1428, everything including LTE should be good to go with a SIM swap. If it is the A1429, that would limit band 17. Of course A1429 could connect to 850 and 1900 LTE in the future, but I would guess AT&T would just straight up swap iPhones in that scenario with no charge.
