Will I get charged to call Toll Free Number?

Do I get charged for calling Toll Free Number if I'm on pay per minute plan (Anytime Plan)? It's Petro Canada Mobility.

Toll Free means you don't pay long distance, you only pay your per minute rate or deduction from your included minutes if you have any.

Lets say the number you are calling is not toll free but is located outside of your local calling area you would pay your regular per minute rate or deduction from your included minutes if you have any plus you will pay long distance.

^if that's what you get charged for a local per minute call then the answer is yes.
