Yes we can.
We run IP check and will ban IP address for return scammer using the same IP address.

Again, best prevention to avoid scam is NOT to deal with new posters and deal that's way too good to be true. Don't reliy on Papypal. You are just gambling your hard earned money.

I was scammed by some scam artist on Ebay and am hoping to be able to sell here on HowardForums. Watch out for buyers that send fake pay pal payment emails before you send the products out also.
