This guy ripped me out of $300 for an iPhone 5 under gsm phones. I sent him $300 on PayPal. He said he would send phone and tracking next day by message. He won't email or message me back. I have his phone number and he won't answer text and calls. Scam artist.

This was three days ago. I have a feeling I will need to contact PayPal and file a dispute. So sick of eBay and PayPal and scam artists. If I got my hands around their neck it would not be good.

$300 for an iPhone 5? Sounds too good to be true. Not saying what he did is right, but that would set off a bunch of red flags for me.

He is still not replying today. He sent me a $300 bill that states iPhone 5 on it. I paid it. Wasn't sent as a gift.

Contact PayPal right now (if you have not already done so). If he ends up sending you the phone, you can drop the dispute.

The longer you wait, the less likely it will be that you get your money back.

Like other says, Selling way below cost, new user with 3 posts. You pretty much putting your feet on the trap on your own.
Sick of ebay and paypal scam, then don't use paypal. Buy local.

I banned him. Good luck with y our PP dispute.

Yeah, this is happening often on here. Sellers who are brand new members sell phones for really cheap, "too-good-to-be-true" prices.

A good example of that is user: Princessjay23...multiple listings all for very cheap prices. If by some chance he's legit post up your experience.

Princessjay is Absolutely a fraud. Wants PayPal verified payments too so maybe he's banking on holding on to your cash for a few weeks before you initiate a dispute.
