I have an HTC Imagio that belongs to a customer. The phone is password locked. Here's the issue: The phone was his son's, who was killed in Afghanistan. So, he doesn't know the password. The phone has pics of his son before he passed and they are not on the memory card. Since I can't unlock the device, I can't access it via WMDM. Is there any other way to retrieve the pics from it? Any help AT ALL would be greatly appreciated so that this man can have some pics of his fallen son.
