    Is it possible to claim warranty without the bill of the phone?

    Hi . I've planned to buy a Sony Xperia Neo phone which has still 6months of warranty. I do not've the bill receipt and if on any stage in the remaining 6months, if i experience any problems in it, Will i be able to resolve it without a bill receipt in any of the SE service centres? Thanks a lot in advance ...

    hi.whether you buy a mobile phone online or in a real store,the bill receipt is very important.As I know,without a bill receipt merchants can refuse to offer serve.Good luck!

    Yes it is very possible, if you bought it from rogers the sales bill is stored online, including how much you paid, where and when you got it! If you bought it unlocked then if the phones release date is less than one year old it will pass. I am speaking of personal experience. (sorry for caps, cola spilled on board and the caps is stuck).

    My personal experience says that Bill receipt is very important whether you buy it online or store.

    In most cases they will not give you the benefit of warranty without the original bill.
