Time for my next phone . . . Need support for Ice Cream Sandwich

My upgrade time has arrived at Verizon. My current HTC Incredible is long in the tooth I'm ready to replace it.

I like the 4" form factor; I want reliability, good audio quality on calls, decent battery life. The ability to operate overseas would be a plus since I travel.

But an important factor is this: My day-job is as an Android software developer. I want to make sure that my new phone either runs Ice Cream Sandwich out-of-the-box or will be upgraded soon.

What do you suggest? Thanks in advance!

PS - I went to my local Verizon store (DW Highway in Nashua NH). I saw two Droid Razr's there that had the worse screen-burn-in I'd ever seen! Is it just the Moto AMOLEDS that are that bad or are they all like that?

The Droid 4 has a 4" screen, it just got ICS a few days ago, and it will have an update that unlocks global capabilities by the end of this summer.

I had a razr and I had a TON of problems.. screen had specs.. power cylcles.. bleh.. always had motorola phones.

I switched to the galaxy s3 and that thing is a wonder. hands down better than the razr. Removable battery FTW! and native ice cream sandwich.

Also if I may add... the s3 comes with preloaded developer tools in the settings.
