Hey all, just a fun fact to save people some aggravation. All listings by ballerx43 are FRAUDULENT. He keeps selling his unlocked iPhone 4S phones for cheap then plays PayPal tricks on you and never ships. What a loser he needs us to loan him money between PayPal disputes. You're warned.

Is this a new forum ? Never noticed it before. Yup, it happened to me...luckily I only make transactions thru PayPal. He made me resend him payment FOUR times...kept saying his bank account wasn't linked. Either he thought that refunds take a long time to post and he'd actually make it out with $2k...but I went through 4 payments and refunds. In the end, the only negative to the situation was charging $2k on my card and waiting 20 days to get the money back from PayPal.

Thanks for posting all these in a forum together. This is a great thing to have.

Fraud forum is not new, is here since years.
Don't rely 100% on Paypal, there are stories that people got scammed through paypal as well and credit card company deny to do chargeback.
It was an hassle to go through all these things.
