Cant activate new Evo 4g LTE

I have an Evo 3D on my plan right now and i bought the evo 4g lte full price.

Has anyone with an indirect sales maker plan , employee plan or third party employee plan been able to get this phone activated ?

If so i would be interested to find out how. Going through my companies rep is not possible for me at this time.

I tried online and it ask me to change my plan

i tried calling in but could not get to anyone who could do a simple ESN swap.

    any suggestions.

    Thank you.

Although I'm not an employee, I had the same thing happen last week but from what I read this was common. What I ended up doing was online chat. I suppose you could call in as well. Link from my signature: http://www.sprint.com/landings/chat/?ECID=vanity:chat

So you are no longer eligible for the plan you have and you want to swap to a new flagship device the day it becomes available? Not a good idea. At least wait until it is available for employees.

I am in the same situation trying to get my new EVO 4G LTE activated. Were you able to get it activated via chat? or did you find a number that can activate it?
